What do I do about the mold and mildew on my house?

This is always a problem in the Valley this time of year. The best way that we have found to deal with it is to spray a solution on the problem areas. A product called Jomax is very effiecient in addressing this product. When mixed with bleach and water(per instructions of product) in a garden sprayer, then sprayed and rinsed(per instructions) it is very effective in eliminating the problem. Jomax can be purchased in many paint stores as well as some home improvment stores.
